Refunds and returns
If your goods do not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us by e-mail or call us at 888.825.4108 within seven days of receipt.

We will arrange either to replace your goods or to refund the purchase price including any post and packing charge. We may ask you to return faulty goods to us and would ask that you take good care to pack them safely when doing so. Where goods are found to have been defective or damaged before delivery, we will refund or reimburse your costs in returning them to us. Send all returns to:

Regardless of where your package was shipped, returns must be delivered to the address above. Returns made to any other address may not be refunded or could result in additional fees.
