We promise to ship our best-quality products to you in a safe, secure and reliable manner and to deal promptly with any defect or concern you may have regarding your order.
Please remember that our products are genuinely hand-made in small volumes so you may encounter some variation in color, texture, scent or wrapping between batches or orders. If you do have any problems or questions, please let us know by e-mail or by calling 888.851.8568. We'll do our best to sort them out.
Refunds and returns
If your goods do not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us by e-mail or call us at 888.851.8568 within seven days of receipt. We will arrange either to replace your goods or to refund the purchase price including any post and packing charge. We may ask you to return faulty goods to us and would ask that you take good care to pack them safely when doing so. Where goods are found to have been defective or damaged before delivery, we will refund or reimburse your costs in returning them to us. Send all returns to:

Regardless of where your package was shipped, returns must be delivered to the address above. Returns made to any other address may not be refunded or could result in additional fees.

Payment Information
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. In accordance with our payment terms, items scheduled to ship within 30 days of the order date are charged in full at the time of the order. Items with estimated ship dates beyond 30 days of the order date are charged 50% at the time of the order, with the remaining balance charged at time of shipment. If your order was charged in full at the time of purchase and it is beyond 30 days, please contact Customer Support for a current status and billing adjustment.

Sale Tax
SeMoBa collects sales tax on orders shipped to Colorado. We do not charge sales tax on any orders shipped to other locations.

Cancellations
We go out of our way to ship as quickly as possible and will make every attempt to cancel your order.
In the event that you would like to cancel your order, you will need to do so within 24 hours of the order being placed. We will need to confirm that your order has not been shipped. Once we have confirmation that your order has been cancelled, we will credit your account.

If we were not able to cancel your order and it has already been shipped, refusing the shipment may result in cancellation fees being assessed. Please contact Customer Support with any questions.

Damage Merchandise
If you receive damaged merchandise, we will strive to make the replacement process quick and easy. Be sure to notify both the carrier and Serene Mountain Bath within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage. Please keep all packing materials. Serene Mountain Bath will pay the return shipping fee for products that are received damaged.
